Best Friends

Here is a picture with my best friend Kylie who was born 2 weeks before me. Our Daddies are best friends as well. We are very tired after church!

Mother's Day

Sunday we had a special Mother's Day church service.

Daddy helped me find a card for mommy
(I also needed him to read it to her & she almost cried)...

After service we were very hungry
so we had Mother's Day brunch...
it was a very special day.

Mother's Day 1

I hope everyone had a very happy Mother's Day!!!

Saturday we had a Mother's Day picnic with Grandma Alicia (Mother's Day in Mexico is May9th). All of her children that live near were able to spend time with her at the park: Jose & his wife Sandra, Albert, Lucia, and my daddy & mommy.
I was able to see my cousins: Jose Jr, Rosa, Miguel, Tony, Alondra, Sofia and Alex. I can't wait to run around and play with them.

Two weeks

Isabella is now two weeks old and she is getting bigger... gained a pound in weight, and has grown one inch.
If she were entering a boxing ring you would hear, "Fighting out of the pink corner is Izzy boom-boom Cardenas, floating in at 7lbs 8oz & 20.5inches long."



by the way, crying is her way of getting PSYCHED for a fight.

We are grateful to God to share with everyone that our first child is born!!!

Isabella Grace came into the world Thursday, May 2, 2009, at 5:26pm.

At a modest weight of 6 lbs, 12 oz and a length of 19.5 inches.

The Baby Girl

Here we have her, the little dream to be at 34 weeks. You wouldn't know it by this picture, as she is sleeping peacefully, but she is a little kick boxer! Can't wait to see her soon...we are now at 36 1/2 weeks and on alert for her arrival!
